When does the course start?
The next Inside Out Coaching course commences on 1st May 2024.
How long is the course?
The live course will run for 14 weeks with a one-week break in the middle.
Face-to-face classes will be held every Wednesday afternoon (AEST) throughout the duration of the course.
What time commitment will be required?
Set aside 4-6 hours a week.
This time commitment includes watching video content, participating in delivery sessions every Thursday morning and attending the student-run coaching practice dojo to practice what you learn.
How is the course delivered?
Inside Out coaching is delivered using a mixed delivery model.
Content is delivered via written materials and video content to support self-paced learning. Group learning and development is facilitated by online teaching and practice groups occurring weekly throughout the duration of the course.
Your personal and professional development and integration are supported via 1:1 coaching sessions and supervision sessions with our master coaches and mentors.
What subjects are explored in the course?
The Inside Out Coaching Course provides students with a meticulously designed and facilitated 14-week journey. You will be introduced to to cutting-edge knowledge and ideas about the theory and practice of coaching, as well as from other relevant and related domains such as psychotherapy, trauma work, emotional intelligence and leadership studies.

Four one-hour personal coaching sessions with our master coaches
You won’t be offloaded to a junior team member once you begin the course but rather will work one-on-one with our Master coaches and mentors throughout the course duration.
This is the same team who individually charge $550 per hour for executive coaching services. By comparison, you’ll be investing around $80 per hour for this course.
What does the course cost?
The base cost of the Inside Out Coaching Course is $4,796 inclusive of GST (AUD).

We also offer add-on packages for those wishing to receive additional coaching sessions and/or supervision sessions.
