In bringing this vision to life, we aspire to, live by and operate with core values of Accountability, Celebration, Freedom, Harmony, Care, Connection, Community, Self-love, Wellness and Excellence.

We offer our leadership coaching services and online coaching course not as a job, vocation or career choice, but as a calling. Every member of our team is purpose-led and comes to this work on the back of decades of sustained and rigorous personal work.

Our core offers of executive leadership training, emotional intelligence training for workplaces, diversity and inclusion training, and a 14-week online coaching course, are complemented by our free Coaching Room and regular Coaching Masterclasses that anyone can join.

Our approach has been engineered utilising up-to-the-minute research in emotional intelligence, leadership studies, change management, affective and evolutionary neurobiology, polyvagal theory, nonviolent communication, neuroscience, transaction analysis, archetypal and gestalt psychotherapy and process-oriented psychology.

Our robust theoretical foundations are interwoven with decades of experience in diverse experiential learning environments. Each member of our highly experienced team brings with them a wealth of coaching experience and mastery in different domains of knowledge. Our team is comprised of trained and accredited coaches, psychotherapists, educators, mediators and facilitators.

 What this means for you

We have a proven track-record of supporting our coaching clients and coaching course students to transform their lived experience from one of conflict, crisis, dissatisfaction and stagnation to one of sustained excellence, fulfilment and thriving. Our synthesis of these cutting-edge disciplines into a coherent and graduated coaching journey will transform your culture into a more purpose-driven, collaborative, productive and agile professional environment than you may have thought possible.

Our philosophy for success is centred on the values of authenticity and connection. We empower our clients to express these values by developing an emotionally intelligent workplace culture. Research shows that emotionally intelligent human beings are more effective, agile, fulfilled and display higher levels of ethical behaviour.
We recognise that when individuals, teams, groups and organisations operate from their authentic selves, Magic happens...
