The Inside Out Community is a collective of adventurous people from all across the world who are curious about Coaching, Facilitating and Leading by utilising the Inside Out technology of consciousness.
Inside Out technology is a model for life and work that connects the dynamic movement between inner life (e.g. experience) and the outer world (e.g. action) with presence born from embodied coherence and enlivened by connection with the deepest parts of yourself. From this place, leadership, meaning and power flow naturally.

The Inside Out Coaching Room.
In essence, coaching is a lens through which to have empowering conversations. In this regard, it is a valuable toolkit for leaders, managers, business owners, and even family members and friends to possess because it will empower you to empower others with finesse.
The techniques you learn as you go on the journey of becoming a coach will powerfully transform your professional and personal relationships for the better, as you learn the art and science of connected communication.
Primal Intelligence’s Inside Out Coaching Course is unlike any other coaching program on the market as it applies our unique INSIDE OUT technology to cultivate refined leadership qualities in you as you coach.
Our course has been created by therapists, counsellors and master coaches. The result is that the Course incorporates cutting-edge insight to empower your clients to change for the better.
However, we recognise that not everyone wants to or is ready to join the Inside Out Coaching Course just yet.
For this reason, we developed the Coaching Room.
The Coaching Room is a FREE 60-minute experiential online community gathering dedicated to showcasing the art and science of coaching.
Anyone is welcome to join, and no prior Coaching experience is required.
You can come along and practice some coaching, be coached or sit back and witness the power of coaching first-hand.
The Leadership and Facilitation Room
At Primal Intelligence we believe that as facilitators, we can be safer, more impactful, and use less energy when we become more aware of our internal experience and follow, rather than trying to lead our client or group.
Instead of being hooked by our egos, we learn to get out of the way and allow what is needed to come through.
We call this facilitating from the Inside Out.
Primal Intelligence’s Art of Facilitation workshop is a transformative, experiential workshop that enhances your facilitator genius by enabling you to facilitate with confidence, insight and artistry.
However, we recognise that not everyone wants to or is ready to join the Art of Facilitation workshop just yet.
For this reason, we developed the Leadership & Facilitation Room.
The Leadership & Facilitation Room is a FREE 60-minute experiential online community gathering dedicated to developing your confidence and artistry as a facilitator.
Whether you’re an experienced facilitator or someone who is at the start of the journey you are welcome to join. No prior Facilitation experience is required.
‘Build Your Practice’ Room
Are you a recent (or not so recent) coaching, counselling or therapy graduate trying to figure out how to start, develop or scale your practice?

The Design phase is where you pick your niche and build a product/service to fit.
The Launch phase is about getting yourself out there and delivering.
